
Adrianne Eldridge — President
Adrianne Eldridge serves as President of Franklin County Saddle Club and is committed to strengthening the club’s legacy while supporting youth development, education, and horsemanship within the equestrian community. She is actively involved with Washington High School Equestrian Team (WAHSET), where she supports student riders and helps promote opportunities that encourage confidence, responsibility, and growth through horsemanship.
With a strong background in leadership, operations, and community involvement, Adrianne brings a thoughtful and forward-focused approach while honoring the traditions that have guided FCSC since its founding in 1956. She is passionate about creating a safe and welcoming environment where riders and families can connect, learn, and build lasting friendships through their shared love of horses. A fun fact about Adrianne — she’s a triplet!
Alexius Emlaw — Vice President & Grounds Committee Chair
Alexius Emlaw serves as Vice President of Franklin County Saddle Club and also leads the Grounds Committee, where she helps oversee the care, maintenance, and continued improvement of the facility. She plays an active role in supporting club operations, coordinating projects, and helping ensure the grounds remain safe and welcoming for members, guests, and events throughout the year.
Dedicated to fostering a positive equestrian community, Alexius works alongside the Board to support club activities, encourage youth involvement, and help preserve the strong traditions that have guided Franklin County Saddle Club for generations.


Jesstine (Jess) Painter — Treasurer
Jesstine “Jess” Painter serves as Treasurer for Franklin County Saddle Club and has been a member since 2022. She brings a strong passion for horses and a dedication to supporting the continued growth of the club through responsible stewardship and community involvement. Jess owns four horses and primarily competes in Eventing and Dressage, while also enjoying trail and beach riding.
Having come into the equestrian world as an adult, Jess values lifelong learning and enjoys the journey of developing her horsemanship while caring for her horses at home. Her areas of focus include club events and competitions, facility improvements, and strengthening community outreach. A fun fact about Jess — this marks her 10th year of horse ownership, a milestone that reflects her commitment to the equestrian lifestyle.
Vicki Contini — Secretary
Vicki Contini serves as Secretary for Franklin County Saddle Club and plays an important role in supporting the organization and communication of club activities. She helps ensure meetings, records, and club information are maintained clearly and consistently, contributing to the smooth operation of the Board and membership.
Dedicated to the equestrian community, Vicki values the friendships, traditions, and shared passion that make Franklin County Saddle Club a welcoming place for riders and families. She enjoys being involved in club events and supporting the continued growth and success of FCSC.


Laurie Tufford — Past President & Show Committe Chair
Laurie Tufford serves as Past President of Franklin County Saddle Club and has been a dedicated member since 1999. Over the years, she has held multiple leadership roles within the club, including President (twice), Treasurer, Secretary, and Show Chairman for the past ten years. Laurie brings decades of leadership experience, having recently retired from the Finley School District after previously serving as an Executive Director of a nonprofit organization for 17 years, along with a 20-year career in banking and finance.
A lifelong horsewoman, Laurie has been riding for more than 60 years and currently owns four horses. She primarily rides Western and enjoys Reining and Ranch Riding, while also providing coaching to individuals and offering short-term boarding. Laurie’s extensive experience and continued dedication to the equestrian community help preserve the traditions and strong foundation of Franklin County Saddle Club.
Sharon Dever — Board Member
Sharon Dever serves as a Board Member for Franklin County Saddle Club and has been involved with the organization since 2025. As a horse owner with two horses, she enjoys riding, roping, and participating in a variety of equine activities. Sharon is dedicated to supporting the club through volunteer service and is actively involved in assisting with FCSC horse shows and events.
Her areas of focus include horse shows and providing administrative support to the Board of Directors, helping ensure that club operations and related business matters run smoothly. Sharon values the sense of community at Franklin County Saddle Club and enjoys contributing her time and experience to support its continued success.


Debra Peale — Board Member & Grounds Committee
Debra Peale has been involved with Franklin County Saddle Club for several years and actively supports the Grounds Committee, helping wherever she is needed — from assisting with shows to supporting general club activities. Now retired, she enjoys volunteering her time at FCSC and contributing to the continued success and upkeep of the facility.
Debra enjoys riding in the arenas and on the trail course and is passionate about seeing Franklin County Saddle Club grow and thrive. A lifelong horse enthusiast, she shares that her first time on a horse was at just three months old, beginning a lifelong connection to the equestrian community.
Mary Peret — Board Member
Mary Peret has been a member of Franklin County Saddle Club for more than eight years and is grateful for the opportunity to serve on the Board. She relocated to the Tri-Cities in 2007 after growing up on the Olympic Peninsula and spending time in New Jersey, and she enjoys the many equestrian opportunities the area provides. Mary is currently preparing to show her four-year-old mare, whom she has owned since she was a weanling and has trained herself.
Her areas of focus include supporting club shows, events, and facility improvements. Outside of riding, Mary enjoys making music, reading, gaming, creating art, and rowing with the Tri-Cities Rowing Association. She values the growth and learning she has experienced through FCSC and is proud to give back to a club that has been an important part of her equestrian journey. A fun fact about Mary — she once earned a Grand Champion ribbon at her local fair thanks to her height, her horse’s size, and a memorable bareback mounting requirement that worked in her favor.


Stacy Swann — Board Member
Stacy Swann joined the Franklin County Saddle Club Board in the fall of 2025 after relocating to the Tri-Cities from Colorado. A lifelong horsewoman, she has been riding for nearly 50 years and teaching riding lessons for more than 20, bringing a strong passion for horsemanship and education to the club.
Stacy enjoys supporting events, youth programs, and jumping play days, and is especially passionate about helping riders develop a stronger relationship with their horses. Outside of the arena, she enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and quiet moments that allow her to recharge and reflect.
Staci Maiden — Public Relations Commitee Chair
Staci Maiden serves as the Public Relations Chair for Franklin County Saddle Club and has been a member since 2019, first becoming involved through WAHSET. Over the years, she has become an active part of the club’s show season and enjoys supporting outreach efforts that help connect the community with FCSC.
Her areas of focus include outreach, shows, events, and community engagement, helping promote the welcoming environment and strong traditions of the club. A lifelong rider, Staci has a deep love for horses and the equestrian lifestyle. Outside of the arena, she enjoys spending time with her dog Dolly, who she proudly treats like family.


Special Events Committee Chair — Position Open
The Special Events Committee Chair plays an important role in supporting Franklin County Saddle Club by helping plan and coordinate club events, activities, and community gatherings throughout the year. This position works alongside the Board of Directors and volunteers to help create opportunities that promote horsemanship, education, and camaraderie within the equestrian community.
