DESCRIPTION:The May schooling show will be a lot of fun this year.  We are running the Performance show in the main FCSC arena and warm up arena.  Adults will start the day off with Showmanship\, English and then Western classes.  Youth rider will follow the same format in the afternoon.  Running concurrently\, we will have the Dressage schooling show in arena two.  The grounds will be bustling with lots of activity.  Come join the fun!  There will be a class for you! \nProceeds from this show will be split with the Benton Franklin 4H Horse Committee.  To make it even more fun\, the annual Walk Trot A Thon will be holding qualifying classes for Performance. \nEntry Forms

DESCRIPTION:See the Fall Fling event page on equinetrailsports.com for more details. \nAbout The Venue\nThis event will take place in two different locations.  On Friday and Saturday\, the In-Hand and Mounted events will be held at the Franklin County Saddle Club.  The Franklin County Saddle Club has lighted arenas\, onsite trail course\, wash rack\, indoor stalls\, 36 RV campsites as well as dry campsites\, bathhouse with showers. \nEasy access from I-82\, local accommodations shopping\, and restaurants nearby. \nOn Sunday the trail course will take place at the Richland Horse Park\, connected to the WE Johnson Preserve.  The Preserve has 236 acres of trail riding\, including equestrian specific parking\, natural and constructed horse skill obstacles\, updated signage and landscaping\, a trail obstacle course and trail jumping area.  It has easy access from Highway 240\, local accommodations and shopping and restaurants nearby. \nEvent Details\nFriday \nObstacle Course (OC) – a mounted event in an arena/field. A saddle (treeless included) and headstall with reins are required. All riding disciplines are welcome. \nSaturday \nIn Hand (IH) – a dismounted event in an arena/field\, halter and lead rope preferred. All equines welcome – any size\, breed\, and age. \nObstacle Course (OC) – a mounted event in an arena/field. A saddle (treeless included) and headstall with reins are required. All riding disciplines are welcome. \nSunday \nTrail Challenge (TC) – a relaxing trail ride with judged obstacles along the trail and possibly in camp. All riding disciplines are welcome. \nThe Terrain\nExcellent dirt footing in all arenas\, Onsite trail course is dirt with wood chips some light gravel in areas. \nWE Johnson is good footing with some rocky areas. \nMeals\nPlease join us Saturday night for a potluck in the clubhouse. \nAwards\nBeautiful ribbons – 1st-6th place Novice\, Intermediate\, and Advanced! 1st-3rd place Junior (age 13-17)\, 1st-3rd place Youngin’ (age 7-12)\, and 1st place Newcomer. \nLifetime Awards (Equine & Rider) – Sign up 2 weeks in advance to get your qualifying awards! \nEquine Awards – Your equine will earn a beautiful kilt pin adding copper\, bronze\, silver\, and golden carrot charms as they progress through the levels. Equine points accumulate no matter who rides the equine. \nRider Awards – You will earn a beautiful kilt pin adding copper\, bronze\, silver\, and golden star charms as you progress through the levels. Rider Points accumulate no matter which equine is ridden. \nAdditional Fees\nPayment for ALL Amenities reserved at the time of online registration are due ON SITE and are NOT collected at the time of online registration. \nRegistering online will give you the best (early bird) pricing! There is a $10 increase per entry for onsite registration.
